How has Brian’s work helped advance Lee College?
Brian led the launch of several impactful campaigns that have increased enrollment and strengthened the college’s connection with the community. The “First Time Free at Lee” campaign offered prospective students in underserved communities their first semester free, resulting in a notable increase in applications from these areas.
Brian also spearheaded a comprehensive rebranding effort that modernized the college’s visual and verbal identity. This included refreshed branding guidelines, updated messaging and a bold decision to rename the mascot from “Roody the Rebel” to the futuristic “Navigator,” symbolizing the college’s forward-thinking approach.
He established Lee College’s first-ever institutional magazine, which has already seen two successful editions. Additionally, Brian relaunched the college’s merchandise store, aligning it with the new brand identity to further elevate the college’s presence and appeal.
