Vendors are invited to attend any or all of NCMPR's seven regional conferences as an exhibitor or sponsor. This gives you a great opportunity to meet with marketing and PR professionals who may benefit from your company's products or services.

Exhibitor Fees and Payment

$800 per district conference (one company rep)

The cost includes an exhibitor space and ONE company representative conference registration to attend conference sessions, events and meals.*

*An exhibitor conference registration does not include any off-site events, the Medallion Awards event or the Awards of Excellence Awards events. Tickets for those events may be offered by a district and purchased seperately when conference registration opens on each district conference event page. 

For each additional company representative, add $300.  

Discounts are available for vendors who wish to exhibit at 3 or more district conferences. Contact [javascript protected email address], Director of Operations, for more information.
