What are some of Marissa’s major accomplishments since starting at Hennepin Technical College (HTC)?
Marissa led the Website Task Force, implementing digital campaign tracking tools like TinyURL and UTMs, and managing daily mass communications. She facilitated the transition of student and prospect communications to Salesforce/Pardot in collaboration with the institutional research department. Additionally, she spearheaded the identification, purchase, and implementation of SiteSearch 360, expanding website translation capabilities from three languages to hundreds, significantly enhancing accessibility.
Her efforts in website development included enhancing the request for information tool to track specific program interest and leading a project to redesign website architecture and navigation. Marissa developed a real-time marcom dashboard to measure campaign success and brought digital ad management in-house, increasing conversion rates from 1% to over 6% and interaction rates from 10% to 30%.
