Jeff Julian

Harper College, Illinois

Jeff Julian oversees communications, community relations, marketing, and legislative affairs/government relations at Harper College in Palatine, Illinois. He played a key role in securing the release of $42 million in capital funds for the college's student center and led the communications efforts for the college's successful $180 million capital referendum campaign. Previously, Jeff has held positions as the executive director of communications at Harper College, the director of public awareness at the American Library Association, the executive director of communications at Elgin Community College, and the director of communications and external relations at Joliet Junior College. He's the immediate past president of NCMPR, serving on the executive board of directors. He served as NCMPR president from 2023-2024 and as the District 3 director from 2018-2021.
